Senior Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the Role

We're looking for a senior full-stack developer who enjoys working across the stack and has a passion for building products that feel great to use. You'll help us create new features, improve performance, and scale our app as more users come on board.

You'll work with a close-knit team of engineers, designers, and product folks. We use React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase on the backend. We care a lot about performance, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and great UI polish.

We also heavily use AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and CodeRabbit and emerging models to speed up development, debugging, reviews, and refactoring — while keeping human judgment and code reviews at the core.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building features end-to-end with React, Next.js, and Supabase
• Making sure everything looks and feels great on mobile and desktop
• Helping with mobile app development using React Native
• Working with APIs (both building and integrating)
• Writing clean, tested code that scales to thousands of concurrent users
• Using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI assistants to accelerate your workflow — while still collaborating through real code reviews in GitHub
• Jumping into stand-ups, managing tickets in Jira, and working closely with the team
• Improving performance and architecture as we grow
• Occasionally wearing your DevOps hat to help with deployments and automation
• Thinking about security and compliance as we build (it's fintech, after all)
• Knowing when to collaborate — and when to run with it on your own

• You've built and shipped full-stack applications with thousands of real users
• You've worked with our stack or similar tools (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, etc.)
• You're comfortable using AI tools for coding, bug fixes, performance optimization, and task automation — and you're curious about what's emerging each week
• You embrace the AI revolution and get excited by the potential for 10X, 50X, even 100X productivity gains
• You take the initiative to explore new tools, technologies, and AI models — and stay in tune with the pulse of the tech world
• You care about responsive design, accessibility, and clean UI
• You've worked on mobile apps using React Native, and think about performance early
• Native XCode iOS experience with Swift is a huge plus as we're considering a mobile application
• You're just as comfortable pair programming as you are working independently
• You take pride in your work, but don't take yourself too seriously
• Excellent communication skills, always learning and willing to take constructive feedback
