About the Role

We're looking for a senior full-stack developer who enjoys working across the stack and has a passion for building products that feel great to use. You'll help us create new features, improve performance, and scale our app as more users come on board.

You'll work with a close-knit team of engineers, designers, and product folks. We use Vue 3, Inertia.js, TypeScript, and Laravel 12 with Octane on the backend — and there's a bit of React in the mix too. We care a lot about performance, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and great UI polish.

We also heavily use AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and emerging models to speed up development, debugging, reviews, and refactoring — while keeping human judgment and code reviews at the core.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building features end-to-end with Vue, Inertia, and Laravel
• Making sure everything looks and feels great on mobile and desktop
• Helping with mobile app development (native or hybrid)
• Working with APIs (both building and integrating)
• Writing clean, tested code that scales to thousands of concurrent users
• Using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI assistants to accelerate your workflow — while still collaborating through real code reviews
• Jumping into stand-ups, managing tickets in Jira, and working closely with the team
• Improving performance and architecture as we grow
• Occasionally wearing your DevOps hat to help with deployments and automation
• Thinking about security and compliance as we build (it's fintech, after all)
• Knowing when to collaborate — and when to run with it on your own
